being good

Sometimes life whacks you in the face...and only then you realise you weren't watching where you were going. Sometimes I wonder if I am really a good person - not just "good" to people, "good" to the environment, "good" in behaviour, manners, beliefs...but good at life itself.
Somehow I keep missing the boat, but no matter how much a may want to, I just cant get my feet to run any faster.

Being inside your own head is never healthy...but realising you've spent too much time away is enough to make you wish you'd never left.
